Delivery will typically occur either the day before your event or several hours prior to the event start time on the same day. Pick-up will take place the day after the event unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Once your order is placed, PARTYWILD will contact you to coordinate the delivery and pick-up schedule.
We strongly recommend allowing sufficient time for item delivery and setup, especially if items are scheduled for same-day delivery. If the customer opts for a tighter delivery window or same-day delivery without adequate setup time, PARTYWILD cannot be held responsible for any delays or resulting issues.

case. We will not, in any circumstance, deliver any item that we think is not fit to cater an event.
Cancellations made between seven (7) days and Forty-Eight (48) hours prior to the event date will receive a Fifty per cent (50%) refund of the total order value.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event time are not eligible for a refund.
Please note: While cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, changes to your order may still be possible during this time. For details, refer to our Changes Policy.

Delivery fees are based on the order value (excluding VAT) and delivery location. Delivery Fees are subject to 19% Value Added Tax which is automatically added to the final order at checkout.
